Payment on hold after positive feedback received
Hello!
Hope someone can help me with my question. I'm new seller. Already have few sells and I shipped item (shoes), buyer already received it (29th of July) and left positive feedback (30th of July) - but payment on hold till 28th of September - how it works in this situation? I read that it will become awailable in 2 day aftre buyer will leave feedback.
