Payment on Hold
I've sold an item and the buyer has paid for it agreed he received it in good condition. I still am waiting on my funds, since Feb 12th. I received the note below from Ebay. Is there something the buyer needs to do?
"Your funds for this order are on hold as part of our standard process to ensure a secure and trustworthy marketplace. Your funds will be available once we confirm that the buyer doesn't have an issue with the item after delivery."

Mentor6 months agoYou are a new seller. eBay can hold funds for up to 30 days until you build a selling reputation. Was there tracking on the package? If so, what does the tracking say?
