Payment on hold.
Sold 2 items to same buyer then only printed a shipping label for one and shipped items together.
Did not know to click bulk combined shipping. Will do next time.
Buyer paid for both items but I have only got paid for the one that I printed label for.
Payment is on hold.
I contacted buyer they acknowledged receiving both but are unable to mark as received.
How do I get eBay to release payment to me?

The buyer cannot mark as received. They can leave feedback.
-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.
- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
- From More actions, select Add tracking number.
- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.
- Select Submit.

If you are unable to add that same tracking number to the 2nd order, then please select Mark As Shipped from the drop down list beside the order.
Your money will get released about 30 days after the expected delivery date.
