Payment on Hold
Good Morning, I shipped and item to a buyer on 1/4, I confirmed withe buyer that received the item on 1/10. Ebay still has my funds on hold because the item shows not delivered. What do I need to do?

Mentor8 months agoGo to the Sold transaction. What does the tracking show? If it does not show Delivered, click on the tracking to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should trigger having the tracking updated on ebay as well.
