Payment on hold
I hope the community can help with this? I have a payment on hold by eBay because a buyer filed a payment dispute with his credit card company for an item he claimed not to have received. The item was signed for by the buyer over 6 weeks ago (signature on file!) but eBay is refusing to release my funds of nearly $800 still. The buyer claims the dispute was removed and the bank states they are “done†with this transaction because the dispute was removed but eBay is refusing to act or help me in any way. Does anyone out there know what else I can do? I have been on the phone with eBay about a dozen times but all they’ll tell me is that there is nothing they can do.

You should have seller protection if tracking that was in case showed delivery to the buyer.
Try contact CS on social media. The agents are sometimes a bit better.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
