Payment on hold
Hi how do I sort payment on hold with eBay it’s been a week now I’m happy and buyer is happy says it been released but it hasn’t and didn’t have any issue before this and sold an item to the same buyer just before selling this one thanks.

Try the "Check Payment Holds" button here. It may have more specific details https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4155
- "New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer"
- "High priced items or unusual selling patterns may lead to transaction holds for up to 30 days to help us ensure that buyers don't have any issues with the order"

✓ When eBay sends the Payout, it is 1-3 days before the payment is in your bank account.
