payment on hold
I shipped the item I sold to the buyer and provided a tracking number and posted it to eBay. The buyer received the item on April11 at 4:04pm and my money has been on hold ever since. I contacted the buyer and hew said he left a review and told eBay he has indeed received the item he purchased. Where and why is my money still on hold 10 days after the buyer received this item?

·1 year agoYou appear to be a new seller, or someone who hasn’t sold much recently. For new/returning sellers, eBay holds the payment for up to 30 days.
