Payment on hold

Question

I'm due 5500 from a sell, but ebay says it's on hold till may20. At first it said to ensure the buyer receives, now it's saying to ensure their were no issues. Any tips on getting this through?

As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.

Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.

New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer, especially on high priced items.
