Ebay says they won't release funds to seller for approx 30 days because 'item delivered to zip code that doesn't match buyer's zip code' . But that's just because buyer picked up the item DIRECTLY FROM FED EX. Buyer admits he received item. (1) how do I (seller) get ebay to release my money and (2) is there a way for me to submit proof to ebay to confirm buyer receipt of item? Thank you.
