Payment on hold
I just sold a prepaid Verizon prepaid card. Is the first time selling something. The payment is on hold until Nov. 30th to make sure there were no disputes. Sent the refill card electronically and the buyer has received and used it and is satisfied with purchase. How can I let eBay know this? An since the order has went through, will the go ahead and release my funds to me? It keeps wanting tracking info, but there is none. Not sure what to do.

-Here's eBay's policy on electronically delivered items: Electronically delivered items policy | eBay
-Without a tracking number eBay does not know if the item was delivered, they don't read Feedback just so you know
-You will have to wait until Nov 30th to see if eBay releases the funds to you. New Sellers can have funds held that long and having no tracking doesn't help.
-What was your Handling time? You might want to check your Seller Dashboard to make sure you don't have a Late Shipping defect from that one sale. Seller Dashboard | eBay
