Payment on hold
An item was picked up and I was unaware that I needed to scan the buyers QR code. The payment has been on hold for 7 days. How can I resolve. Apparently eBay has no human beings working in their customer service. Everything appears automated.

·2 years agoThere's nothing to resolve, you'll just have to wait until the hold is lifted.
As a new seller, they can hold the funds for 30 days.
