Payment notification of item that is sold

Question

I just heard from a buyer when I was going to ship an item.

I had not heard from Ebay that an item had been sold!

Has anyone else had this problem?

You would think that our fees should be enough to cover being notified of something like this.

I can't send a message to ebay as there is not a way to do so.

Beyond frustrated.

You sold an item yesterday. (Mar. 22). The "sold" notification should have been in your My Ebay>Selling or in your Seller Hub. Have you also checked your email inbox & spam folder?
