payment not recieved
I had someone buy a purse of mine last month, due to a family emergency I was unaware of the purchase until recently...it showed that the payment was on hold-which is understandable due to the late shipping...But today the package was delivered and i confirmed this with the tracking number. It still shows the payout is on hold and its been over 48 hours since i have asked ebay to step in and help. Cannot seem to contact anyone who will speak with me
