Payment not received since I used a closed bank account. I updated my info but never got payment.
Initially, I requested payment be sent to a closed account. I corrected my bank account info and provided proof that payment was never successfully wired. I have tried to get Ebay to pay me for over a year. I have sent necessary documents and updated my account information. Many representatives have promised to help but I still have not received payment. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Mentor2 years agoI would have contacted the bank. Is the closed account with the same bank as your new account? If so, it should be easy for the bank to transfer the funds from the closed account to your new account. If two different banks, contact the bank with the closed account to get your funds.
