Payment not received

Question

I sold an item, the buyer paid, item delivered on March 31 2026 for the amount of $146 and I received in my bank account $12.12 only. I did send many emails and messages and nothing happened, any advice helps please and thanks

@abda_94 That sounds frustrating.

Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.

Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
