Payment not received
Article I purchased is listed as payed but seller hasn’t received money, and it hasn’t gone from my account. They won’t accept a bank transfer or give me their address to post cash, which I fully understand. So how can I pay them?

If the seller is new or the sale is high value then their funds are held for up to 30 days before being released after tracking shows delivery. However the payment should should as processing or held on their Summary Page here> https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/fin/summary
