The only thing I can do to avoid this in the future is to set all listings up with the option for buyers to pay extra for Priority Mail Express, along with free shipping for regular Priority Mail. Nevertheless, they can choose regular priority mail and still ask for it to come in with express without paying. At first, they may not realize that the item will not arrive on time if they do this accidentally. You'll have to invoice for the remainder if you don't want to take an additional hit on your profit margin.
