Payment made to a seller, but order only shows shipped.

Good morning,If a payment was made to a seller, but order only shows shipped, not delivered, does that mean the buyer received the item? I messaged the buyer, but no response so far.Thanks in advance for any helpful hints I might try.

Shipped means you created a shipping label. Check the tracking number on the transaction for more updates. When it's delivered, the order should receive a delivery scan in the tracking history.

There is no need to contact the buyer to ask if the package has been delivered. If an unscrupulous buyer thinks you don't know the status of the package, he may open a case to see if he can get his money back.
