Payment issues
I sold an item on eBay, after fees and shipping that eBay took, I had an upcoming payout of $33, but I only received 11 cents, after many attempts to contact eBay support, the issue is not fixed, what should I do?

That sounds frustrating.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.

From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
etc.
