PAYMENT ISSUES
I recently purchased a couple of items where the payments are showing taken out of my Bank account. I did not recieve anything on ebay that the purchases went through. A seller states they did not recieve a payment on thier end. HOW DO I START A CASE WITH EBAY????

Mentor1 year agoebay is requiring a pre-authorization when buyers place a bid or make an offer, in an attempt to try and reduce unpaid transactions. The payment is taken if you are the winner or the offer is accepted. I believe you have 1 hour to change the mthod of payment. Go to your Purchase history and locate the transactions.
