Payment Issue: Unable to Pay International Sellers (Non-US) via PayPal
I recently purchased an item from a Hong Kong-based seller in USD, but I am unable to complete the payment via PayPal. I have noticed this issue occurring repeatedly whenever I try to make a transaction with sellers located outside of the USA. Could you please investigate why my PayPal payments are being blocked for international sellers and how I can fix this?
