Payment issue
Rather new to EBay. It says after all my fees for a recent order I should have made $20.02. But I only have $3 and change as the payout from this order. What is happening?

You are probably seeing the shipping for newer orders deducted from the funds of the older order - shipping is always paid from available funds.
