Payment is on hold
Ok sold berd vay’e sculpture , crystal skull with watch parts inside, everyone was listing under watches, when purchased went to check authentication, they couldn’t wanted item listed as art sculpture, so didn’t get authentication shipped to buyer I get paid, sold a similar item two weeks later to the same buyer, little less money, buyer trusted me first item was perfect, so opted to not bother with authentication process , now eBay has a problem and put money on hold , delivered and positive feedback left very happy with purchase but eBay still has payment on hold????? What am I missing

Transactions in excess of $ 1,000.00 can be placed on hold for 30 days.
Transaction that go through Authentication may be handled differently from a cash flow standpoint. Have you received the payment in your checking account for the May 13th sale you made that was $ 3,500.00?

OP1 year agoyup first one went well as far as payment, the authentic part failed because they stated item was listed in wrong category, even though all sculptures like mine were listed there, second was the problem he received item left great feedback, and now Payment hold even though this was $500 cheaper

OP1 year agoGuessing that I have not had enough high value sales so like you said anything $ 1,000 over Will get a hold , yeah still hard when you pay eBay almost $400 to sell something you would like to get your money, !!!!!
