Payment institute dispute time
Has anyone else had a ridiculous experience with a buyer disputing the payment of an item with their financial institution after eBay awarded me the 1st dispute that now has taken over 12 weeks that my funds are on hold???!! Ebay says it's up to the payment institute and they have no control! This buyer just doesn't wanna pay for an item and it's unfair that bc their lies are holding over $300+ of my money!!!
