I'm putting my payment information on my account because after 5 years it disappeared, so I am putting back my payment information and it's saying not correct information.. I guess I will stop buying off eBay after 5 years with same payment and,,

Go here to update all of your payment methods: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list After 5 years, any credit cards have probably expired and need updating.
