@magl6405 I see that you have an item listed for sale. You should see the option to add your checking account information for payouts after you made your first listing.
Try going to payments section in account settings>
Select + to add a checking account ( a brick and mortar checking account is required and the name and address must match your eBay account exactly, no PO Boxes)
Select the option to designate the checking account for payouts. You can't use a debit card for payouts at first.
You also need to add a back up payment for selling costs. I recommend a credit card.
You also need to add your SS# as it is required by the federal know your customer laws.
If you still have trouble here's how to contact a eBay customer service Managed Payments Agent:
On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY
Next scroll down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark. Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"
( If you don't see the option on this page to request a call back try back later during business hours of 9 to 5 PT. The option may not be available during high call volume times but this is the best way to contact a Managed Payments Agent)
