Payment holds
I feel it's wrong for ebay to have such a long hold on items I've sold. I provided tracking numbers within 12 hours after the items sold,i paid shopping out of my own pocket. I contacted the sellers after the items showed as received and communicated the history of their items. Ebay claims the hold is in place because I am a new seller. Interesting I've used their service for selling in the past but they don't acknowledge that. Shouldn't they at least pay for the shipping that I paid without such a crazy long hold.

·3 years agoSorry, but all new sellers have their funds held and they can hold them for 30 days.
You might have sold on another account, but that doesn't do anything for this account.
You could have bought your shipping labels through Ebay, then you could have paid or them using the pending funds.
