Sold my item. The USPS shipping label was insufficient to send so I sent UPS. Item has been received by the buyer. My payment is on hold because Ebat does not know it was received. How to fix this?

You need to enter the tracking # into your sold order.

Did you cancel the usps label that you did not use? If not, do that first -

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

Then go to your sold orders and select add/edit tracking and enter the ups tracking #.
