Payment Holds
How long does it usually take for a new seller to be able to get paid faster without every single sell being on a payment hold? It’s quite unfair and frustrating when I need the money for more inventory and shipping costs/supplies. I have to wait almost a month on a certain item worth over $400 because the post office messed up. I’ve sold over 20+ items and been a active account since last year.

As a new seller it can be a bit frustrating I'm sure.
Depending on the amounts involved, the categories you are selling in, the wait for payouts can be 2 weeks to 30 days.
However, this will get get better. Once you are established and have a few completed sales under your belt, those restrictions will drop off or end.
This is so new sellers can't show up, sell a bunch of items in a week then take the money and run without actually providing anything to a buyer. It also helps to protect eBay from any potential problems, and the buyer from a seller that might make mistakes when they are new.
Having been a seller for a while myself, my transactions now take roughly 24 hours to clear and be available for use. I have mine setup to deposit once a week, that way some of the funds from the sales can be used to purchase shipping labels, etc.
I see your feedback is small, but two positives already, so it will get easier soon. All I can do is tell you to try to be patient.
Good luck!
