    Payment Hold on Delivered Not Reflecting on EBay’s system
                     

     

    eBay has a $200 on a sale that was deliver to the buyer. The tracking on eBay still says “Shipped” but the actual tracking details on the USPS tracking system says the following. How do I open a ticket with eBay?

    Delivered to Agent

    Delivered to Agent, Left with Individual

    WILMINGTON, DE 19801

    Go to the Sold transaction and click the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website.  Look for the link to enter your email address to get updates on the tracking.  That will usually update the information sent to ebay.
