Payment hold due to zip mismatch
I sold an item on eBay, and shipped buyer listed address. Due to buyer address has no receptacle, item was returned to me. When I contacted the buyer gave me new address to shipped to. But eBay still holding my payment because, delivered zip code does not matches with buyer shipping zip code. Any suggestions what can be done in this case.
