Payment hold but buyer confirms receipt
For some reason the USPS scanned the package delivered but the ZIP code didn't match the buyers home address. It was very similar but off by one number.
The buyer confirmed to me that he received the item but eBay is saying since it didn't match my payment is remaining on hold
