Payment hold
Ebay is holding my payment. They are requesting my tax id/ ssn. I have done that three times and each time received a "done" message. I have tracked my package and confirmed it was delivered. I have had no contact with the buyer. Customer service online just repeats that I need to provide my social security. There's no phone number to talk to a person or even email.

OP4 months agoYes, I know because eBay took their fee out. Anyway I tried typing AGENT in chat box and got a chat with an agent . Thanks for responding.
