A buyer verified that they received their card. The post office never updated the shipping to delivered. What is the fix for this?

Mentor1 year ago@burr2535 Payment holds of up to 30 days are normal for new sellers.
The funds may have been released a little sooner if the tracking showed delivery.
eBay standard envelope shipping is metered mail and the tracking can only be read by the sorting equipment. Not all post offices have this type of equipment.
You will get your payout , you will just have to wait a bit longer. Payout Holds
The envelope must remain flexible enough to bend around a soda can.
