Payment hold
Hi I recently sold something on ebay but did the shipping myself instead of doing the ebay shipping, now however my payment I on hold and has been for more then 2 weeks. I have already confirmed with the customer that they received the item and is very happy with it they even did a very positive review, so how and when will I get my payment please?!

Mentor1 year ago@borges-9592 All sales that total over $750 ( item price + shipping + sales tax) require a signature on delivery for tracking proof of delivery.
Did you go to the sold listings and add the tracking information? Go to this page and select add tracking under the item title>

CAREFULLY enter the tracking.
You should always ship using the shipping method stated on the listing unless you ask the buyer if it's ok to change. USPS shipping costs less on eBay than at the post office.
Even with tracking that shows delivery it's too soon for your payout since you are a new seller>

Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
