How do I get to speak to a real person who can actually help with a hold on a sale when the item shoes it was delivered yet eBay still holding my money. Last time they just gave a refund anyway despite the tracking being there and delivery.

In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
