payment hold

Question

My payment is being held for over two weeks by ebay for an unknown reason. I will need the money for the item to ship the item. How do I refund the seller his money due to this payment hold?

If your funds are not available from payments for an item you sold, you're not allowed to hold shipment until the funds are released

You are not required to use Ebay shipping. You can ship whatever way you choose, but remember to add the tracking information into the order details.

That means I have to do shipping through ebay which is not my preferred method

Sellers should be able to pay for shipping using a portion of the held funds before the hold ends.
