Payment hold
Buyer bought an item from me in November 2023. I sent item through the USPS and with the tracking number, found it was delivered on December 4, 2023 at 11:41am in Florida. Looking in my account, it says "payment on hold" but doesn't give a reason, or I just can't find the reason. HELP !!!
