Payment heald up due to shipping address?
I sold an item to a customer and when they try to pay they get a error that says "You can update your shipping address or ask the seller if they can ship to your location" They initially had a Hawaii address and then switched it to a CT address and had the same message each time. I do not have any USA exlusions on where I can ship.
How do we fix this error so they can pay?

There are NO shipping options. You need to cancel the order as problem with buyers address then revise the shipping and relist. You may have made a typo on package dimensions, this happens from time to time.

OP8 months agoThanks for the feedback - where did I make a mistake in the shipping? I did everything as I normally do. Just want to make sure I learn from this so I can not make the same mistake in the future.

Mentor8 months agoI can't see your account, only the public facing info. It says "shipping not specified"
After you select Sell Similar to relist the card you will see the mistake in the shipping section.
