Payment funds on hold 33 days after delivery
Summary: cbebooks sold a bicycle for $900 through eBay but is facing difficulties as the buyer reported not receiving the item despite tracking showing it was delivered. eBay has placed $1,200 on hold and has not resolved the issue despite multiple communications and a case initiated by cbebooks. The seller is seeking advice on how to proceed as it has been 33 days since delivery was confirmed.
i sold an 900 dollar bicycle,with 250 s/p
item was recieved, but buyer started some procedure saying the item was not yet recieved the same day it was out for delivery.
Since i shipped through ebay syste(UPS) tracking showed it as delivered within a day or two of that.
So i thought itwoudl be fine. That was AUgust 4th. Ebay deducted 1200 from my account(puton hold to be precise) and stil have nto let it go. I have talked 3 times w ebay, send many messages, even started a case myself. No redults, just delays.
Now has been 33 days since item shown as recieved at buyers ebay registered address, this was paid shipping via ebay itself. What am i doing wrong here? What else can i do to get the funds?

Is the Item Not Received case still open or did it close?
Did you buy the shipping label on eBay?
