Mentor6 months agoeBay has not owned PayPal for many years so several years ago they decided to not allow payouts to go to PayPal accounts and opened their own processing system called Managed Payments. You must have verified a checking account with eBay before getting payouts sent to that checking account.

Payments have not gone to PayPal accounts for 5+ years. You must provide a checking account to receive your payments.
