Payment for the label
Hi, everyone. I'm new to eBay. Please help! I decided to sell my children's pants. Got a notification that the buyer paid for the order. Pants 15$ + shipping. I immediately eBay offered to buy a label, I paid with my card. I sent the order. In the end I was refunded only 11$, and if you take into account the label...I received only 5$...Why I was not refunded the amount I spent for the label?

Your buyer paid you for the shipping and you used that to buy your label.
You pay eBay fees on the total sale.
