Payment for sold item
How long do you have to wait for someone to pay for an item and you have tried to communicate with them twice and they haven't responded? Can you cancel the sale and relist it? And how?

The normal Cancellation process gives Sellers 3 choices BUT, when an item is Unpaid AND you wait 4 days (to the minute) a 4th choice appears in the Cancellation flow, "Buyer hasn't paid"
THAT is the reason you select. The Buyer will get an Unpaid item strike on their account and you can Relist at that point.
buyers who get 2 or more Unpaid strikes have trouble Buying on eBay because of the minimum Default for Sellers of 2 Unpaid items in the last 1,6 or 12 month period. The strikes take a year to roll off the Buyer's account.
The "Cancel" choice is found on the pull-down menu on the item on your Awaiting payment page.
You can then add them to your blocked list via this link ... the page has lots of settings for you to review with regard to Managing Buyers.
You can also use the Report Buyer link on the sold item and report them to eBay.

You don't need to message them any more ... how many messages did you send them? If more than one its too many ...
