eBay determines the payment methods - you will never know how the buyer pays. You cannot ask for payment via money order - buyers must pay through eBay checkout.
eBay will transfer your funds, after deducting their fees into your bank account. You must provide and verify a checking account to receive your funds.
Funds for new sellers are held at least until delivery, some up to 30 days depending on the type of item and the value.
