Payment for digital goods being deputed
I had a completed auction that buyer disputed payment after they receive a digital code for a video game. The payout is being held pending investigation, but I received an e-mail stating that the "sale was canceled for my security". The buyer already has their goods and it appears I'll be screwed out of the payout. Am I missing a step or is there someone I could/ should contact?

It appears that the listing has been pulled by Ebay.
Did you have authorization to sell the code from the video game company?

OP2 years agoIt was a duplicate code I had from Christmas. Once the payment was cleared it was sent via messenger.
