The problem has not been resolved.

No, I did not give the seller my Venmo or PP info.

No, I did not order 2 of the same item.

I don't have a backup payment method.

Is PayPal the backup for Venmo or Vice versa? You have to have a back up on PayPal

Anyhow you can try

1) eBay customer service, have them call you, here

I contacted eBay, and they acknowledged that payment was taken from both accounts. They also gave me a phone number for PP. PP denied my claim because I received my purchase, but they didn't get what I was saying about the payment being taken from both accounts. The person I spoke with said that it was odd and that she had never seen a payment to VENMO *eBay.

That sounds odd.

Did you provide your venmo or paypal information directly to the seller?

Did happen to buy 2 of the same item?

Is your Venmo account a backup payment method for PayPal or vice versa?

- My bank account is a back up for PayPal. When I pay by Paypal, the transaction shows in PayPal and in my bank account. Paypal show the payment and also the transfer of money from my bank account. My bank account show the payment.
