Payment for an item
Beginning around Nov. 14 all my attempts at buying on Ebay would not go through. My Ebay site came on as in the past , but the following message came up at completion of purchase: "Paypal is unable to process your payment at this time. You can try changing the payment method inside of your Palpal account, etc." I have used the same credit card for years with no problems and could change the method of payment, but want
to know why? I need help and answers!

Mentor2 years agoLog into your Paypal account and double check the expiration on those credit cards.
