Payment errors
I have 2 auction payments marked as paid that were never paid - still within the 4 day limit. Buyers want to pay but cannot because they already show being paid. Ebay has already charged me for the fees. Please help.

Mentor2 years agoDid you accidentally mark the orders as paid? Can you go to the orders, click the down-arrow, and then select Mark as Unpaid?
