Payment due to me has been put on hold

Question

I sold a watch on Oct 13 and funds were deposited with Ebay on same date. Watch was delivered on Oct 29 with evidence from FedEx. Buyer confirmed to me personally that the watch was received. Then according to Ebay Buyer opened a dispute in not recognising the transaction. I immediately submitted relevant evidence from my conversation with Buyer and also FedEx evidence. Dec 6 I'm still waiting for my funds.

In addition to the information that @mam98031 provided, if the Buyer is filing a credit card charge back dispute and you have submitted the information the claim requires then you will have to wait for the final decision from the financial institute.
