Payment doesn't go through even though everything seems in order
Summary: fa-445962 is experiencing issues with paying for an auction they won on eBay due to initial insufficient funds on their Visa card. After resolving the balance, their payment still doesn't go through despite verifying that the card details and funds are correct. They have contacted their bank, which confirmed that the card is active and not expired. They are seeking advice for a permanent solution to avoid making the seller wait, though they have considered using a friend's card temporarily.
I won an auction and forgot that I don't have sufficient cards on my Visa card. Ebay tried to charge my card twice but obviously failed. Normally, this is not a problem since I just pay within 10 minutes after failed charge. This time, I noticed the failed charge several hours later.
When I topped up the balance and tried checking out myself, the payment didn't go through. Card details seem to be in order - at least, this is the same card I've been using for all my previous payments. There are sufficient funds, I triple checked - if there'd been insufficient funds, I'd also have recieved an SMS regarding that.
I've contact my bank, and they checked everything. The card is active and hasn't expired. Neither the browser or the app accepts the payment.
What can I try? I can, of course, try paying with a friend's card, but I'd want a permanent solution. I don't want to make the seller wait. Thanks in advance.

If you cannot try a different card, can you try adding your card to a PayPal or Apple account, and choosing that payment method at checkout?
If you have multiple failures to pay using a card, eBay may temporarily block the card, so you may have to try again tomorrow using that card.
